We found the tour on google ElaQuadSafari.com we read the reviews — and didn't hesitate for a second.
None of us had ever driven a quad before. I was a bit nervous, but the team made it so easy: they explained everything, let us practice, and joked with us from the first minute. The quads are automatic and so much fun to drive — after five minutes I felt like I'd been doing it my whole life.

Then the ride: dirt trails, mountains, dust flying, views going all the way down to the sea. Exciting enough to feel like a real adventure, but easy enough that the whole family loved it.
What really made the difference was the team. Funny, super kind, always checking everyone was okay — and filming and photographing us throughout the entire safari. Every trail, every stop, every dusty smile. At the end, we got all the photos and videos for free. We still watch them.
Between the rides, the stops. We walked through a ghost village where the houses still have furniture inside, frozen in time. We visited Fodele, El Greco's birthplace, surrounded by orange trees. And we finished with raki and local sweets, the Cretan way. They don't just take you on a quad ride — they share their culture with you the whole way.
We came back covered in dust, laughing, with a phone full of videos, saying it was the best day of the holiday.
I loved it so much that, well... I ended up working here. And now that I see the other side — the quads checked every morning, the guides who genuinely love what they do — I can tell you it's exactly what it looks like in the reviews.
My only advice: wear clothes you don't mind getting dusty, and enjoy. The team takes care of the rest — including the memories.
Maybe it'll be the best day of your holiday too.
